Art 1 and Advanced Art students will...

• complete their Alexander Calder-inspired mobiles and display in artroom
• learn about & review the work of Roy Lichenstein
• begin to implement independent work studies (students get he chance to explore a chosen art medium and subject with the approval of Ms. Moore); students will get the opportunity to receive one on  one instruction on chosen means of artistic improvement
• Art History FRIDAY: sign up for review date/ presentation date
• Roy Lichenstein/ 21st century artists

Middle School art:

• Human Figure study unit begins- facial proportion & how to draw the ear, mouth, nose, eyes & other facial features
• Art History FRIDAY: Finalize for artist presentations & sign up for presentation group date(s)
• REVIEW: Top 10 artists PowerPoint; 21st century art
