ART WALK THIS THURSDAY! (National Art Standard 6) Studio Art and other art students will be participating in exhibiting their artwork and painting live! See www.pinconningartwalk.blogspot.com.

Art One:
Students will...

• learn about human proportion in human figure drawing
• Study the features and improve on drawing the eyes, nose, lips, ears, hair; learn how to draw face using facial proportion (Leonardo da Vinci)
• Begin drawing the human face using magazine pictures to create mini human figure drawing studies, using the grid or gesture drawing

Advanced Art & Studio Art:

• Students will continue working on selective independent art projects, continuing to receive individual art instructor from teacher as needed.

Middle School:
Students will...

• learn the history of batik.
• create a batik project using fabric and Elmers washable gel glue.

Art History FRIDAY:
All student will:

• Group Artists Presentations
